X Box Live Gamer sponsored by Military History Tours

MHT is delighted to announce it sponsors an on-line “xbox live” gamer who specialises in military conflicts. Dominic is helped with the latest games and equipment but has also travelled to Berlin, Colditz, Stalag Luft III, Damsbusters Raid, Arnhem and Calais. 2012 sees him venture to Hitler’s Eagles Nest, Wolf’s Lair and Prague. 2013 he will be sponsored to go to Stalingrad. MHT believes video games can, if approached in the right way, introduce another generation to military history as well as history in general. Here is a link to our Sponsorship page on our website and Dominic’s social media links can be found there, please check them out: http://www.militaryhistorytours.co.uk/sponsorship/

The Rifles Memorial, London

I thought I would take a moment to share a pic with you all - it is The Rifles Memorial on the north east corner of Upper Grosvenor Square, London. I'm delighted to say it was cleaned up for this year's Remembrance Day. One of the little crosses with a poppy is mine, with the inscription "Calais 1940". Visit the memorial if you get a chance.
